Magdalena Mroz is a Co-Founder and Principal at MO.DA, PLLC. Her expertise and creative philosophy stems from fifteen years of architectural and interior design experience combined with her passion for the fine arts and for creating unique spaces derived from a mergence of architecture, design, and art.
Ms. Mroz received a Master of Architecture in Urban Design Degree from Harvard University after completing a professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree at the University of Miami.
Prior to fulfilling her lifelong dream of establishing her own design and architecture company, Magdalena has contributed to the designs of Class-A high rise towers and interior spaces working in a capacity of a Project Architect for the internationally acclaimed firms of Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners Architects, LLP and Robert AM Stern Architects. Academically, she has served as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and as a Design Studio Critic at the New York Institute of Technology.
Magdalena is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Marek Mroz is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at MO.DA, PLLC. His expertise and creative approach to design and construction originates from eight years of local and international architecture and interior design study, combined with a propensity for strategy and logistics.
Mr. Mroz received a Bachelor of Design with a concentration in Architecture and a minor in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
Prior to starting MO.DA, PLLC, Marek honed his skills studying at the University of Florida and the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Vicenza, Italy. He created and developed a vision for a competition oriented design team serving as Vice-President to NOMAS. Merging the design, execution, and presentation of the design vision for a K-12 school located in an impoverished community to a panel of judges, he and his team placed second nationally.
Outside of MO.DA, Marek dedicates his time to Habitat for Humanity creating homes for the ones in need and transforming derelict projects into fruitful and enjoyable spaces
Marek is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Peter Glebo
Artist / Decorator
Chanel Inc. was the first to recognize Peter Glebo's unique sense of visual artistry when they hired him in the art department as the assistant to the head of visual imagery. Mr. Glebo's sense of design and artistic composition was partially shaped during those two years helping design the images that Chanel used and working with the creative inspiration of the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and Gilles Defour.
When 9 time Tony Award Winner Tommy Tune hired Peter as his personal assistant, one of his reasons was to tap his creative potential and many of Mr. Glebo's artistic and theatrical ideas were incorporated into Mr. Tune's productions. This year Mr. Glebo is a producer for Mr. Tune’s new musical, Studio 54, which has already been projected to be a hit.
Mr. Glebo is also an avid painter and photographer and his creative partnership with Mr. Tune has flourished in this arena as well. The results of this mutually inspiring collaboration have been widely recognized with a joint exhibition entitled "Seascapes and Sealegs” at New York's prestigious National Arts Club in Gramercy Park being one of the highlights. Showcased throughout the United States, Mr. Glebo’s works have been displayed in New York, Boston, and Colorado.
Currently, Mr. Glebo attends Harvard University where he continues to hone his craft in the visual arts as well as explore other subjects.
Marcus Cheong is a graduate of the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science - Architecture. Marcus has worked for in design and construction for STC Architects (Australia) and SG Chin & Associates (Singapore). He is the founder and producer of Australian based production companies, Zero G and TVS.
Now based in New York, Marcus is a producer and project manager for media, live events and design. In 2008 Marcus became the producer of the musical Angels and the subject of the documentary series Angels in New York. In 2011-12 Marcus was a project manager in affiliate marketing at Halogen TV. In 2012 Marcus produced the live stream of The Global Citizen Festival from Central Park, New York, which was performed to a live audience of 60,000 and broadcast to millions around the world. From 2012 to present, Marcus is the project manager for 9 time Tony award winner Tommy Tune.

Ilya Malyuchenko, P.E.

Ilya Malyuchenko is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and a principal in charge of AtoZ Engineers. As a permanent consultant for MO.DA, PLLC, Ilya brings creative and innovative approach to each project and ensures that our clients get unique technical and practical engineering solutions that are aesthetically desirable and suitable for each project. With over 20 years of experience Mr. Malyuchenko’s expertise lies in full service mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety and protection systems, as well as comprehensive building inspections for commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
Mr. Malyuchenko received a Master of Sciences Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tashkent Institute of Engineering, Russia after completing a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering also at Tashkent Institute of Engineering.
Ilya is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
Andrew Renfroe is a Professional Structural Engineer and the principal in charge of Blue Sky Design Inc. As a permanent consultant to MO.DA, PLLC, Andrew brings in the expertise of creative structural engineering solutions catered to each project’s site specific needs. With over 25 years of experience throughout the Tri-State area and beyond, Mr. Renfroe’s expertise extends to cutting edge structural engineering solutions for renovations and ground-up constructions of commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
Mr. Renfroe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with Emphasis on Structures from University of Colorado and is a member of New York Society of Professional Engineers.
Andrew is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Texas, and Florida.
